Rosario Ingargiola has extensive experience in digital assets, market infrastructure, and institutional trading systems, with a focus on eliminating counterparty credit and settlement risk in digital asset markets.
He has led the development of infrastructure designed to enable secure, non-custodial trading and settlement. His work includes building solutions for digital asset custodians and institutional trading firms, with an emphasis on custody architecture, settlement design, and operational risk.
Infrastructure he developed was the only solution globally that protected clients trading with FTX during its failure, resulting in zero client losses.
He is also the founder of one of the few broker-dealers and alternative trading systems (ATS) with digital asset securities permissions. The broker-dealer is an active participant in private secondary markets, with a focus on Web3 companies, artificial intelligence, space, and other frontier technologies.
His work sits at the intersection of technology, market structure, and advisory—bringing a practical, infrastructure-level perspective to digital asset and alternative investment strategies.
